What Connecting Concepts does.
Together with stakeholders, we go on a discovery tour of what we can do to implement C.A.S.H. factors. How do we make a building nurturing, promoting a creative, authentic, social and hospitable place for working, living and recreation? We know the present labour market and the needs of its different sectors, and we know the present labour force. We keep abreast of developments.

So, I am a believer. Instead of thinking in square meters to buy or rent, we have an inspiring story to tell. A new way of living, working and recreation. I advocate that with the greatest passion”.

We will create an inspiring and new balanced way of living and working on the outskirts of Ouderamstel, Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, in the Overamstel area, and we named it the Amstel Design District. A creative and green environment, abundant with eye-catching designs. A space which is highly involved in people’s wellbeing to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Where design, innovation, wellness and sustainability are core values.
